1. The service
Vehicle History Audit provides made-to-order digital vehicle history reports using records available from third-party data sources. Basic, Standard and Premium report features and prices are those displayed on our website when you order.
2. Orders and payments
You must provide an accurate vehicle identifier and email address. Payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars before checkout; applicable taxes may be added.
3. Delivery
Reports are normally delivered electronically within 2–8 hours after confirmed payment. Complex searches or source availability can occasionally cause delays. If your report has not arrived within 24 hours, contact support and check your spam or junk folder.
4. Accuracy and appropriate use
Third-party records can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and an incident may never have been reported. A report is an information and decision-support tool—not a guarantee of condition, title, ownership, roadworthiness, value or future performance. Buyers should independently verify documents and arrange a qualified physical inspection.
5. Acceptable use
Use reports only for lawful personal or business purposes connected with evaluating or selling a vehicle. You may not resell, scrape, systematically copy, republish or alter a report, misrepresent its contents, or use our service to harass, unlawfully monitor or discriminate against another person.
6. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer law.
7. Intellectual property
The website, report design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Vehicle History Audit. Your purchase gives you a limited right to use the delivered report for its intended purpose.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that report, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit or the cost of a vehicle transaction.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively. The version displayed when you purchase applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
